Two-Drawer Oak File Cabinets - Coaster 5317N

This product was not as advertised (1), cheaply made (2), and impossible to return (3).
(1) - It was advertised as a two drawer locking file cabinet but only one drawer had a lock.
(1) - The actual color was not even close to the online pictures - much, much darker.
(2) - The metal bars for holding hanging file folders would not stay in the poorly cut out slots - no support at all.
(3) - Although advertised as having a 30 day return policy, in small print, you find that you have to notify them within 7 days if you intend to return.
(4) - The cost to return would have been nearly 50% of the price of the product so no economic sense to return, even if I could have done so.
Finally, they never answer their telephone nor does it appear that their Chat sessions are ever open.
Conclusion, don't order furniture online.
