You'll need fingers the size of an infant with the dexterity of a neurosurgeon to attach the casters to the base. That is, of course, that the nuts actually fit the bolt, which some didn't. I had to get nuts to replace the ones that came with the product. I spent over an hour trying to use the worthless wrenches that were sent to do the assembly. A simple snap-in socket for the casters would make this an acceptable product.

I purchased this dolly to coordinate with my black mesh file boxes by the same company. I had them years ago and loved them then too! Easy to put together, wheels run smooth. The only issue I had was with the finish. I wish it came in black to coordinate better with my black file boxes....it came in black years ago...

This base rolls beautifully and is perfectly sized for the silver mesh file box. I can't say enough good things about the base. BUT ... the mesh box that fits into the base is another story; I had to return/exchange numerous mesh boxes before getting one that wasn't bent/unusable.
