My workplace has used these cabinets for years, and when need arose to have a file cabinet at home, I chose this one on the criteria that it might just survive a cross-country move. The build quality is fantastic, the drawers solid and smooth. There's no "booming" or flexing in the side panels like with less expensive file cabinets--it behaves like a solid piece of furniture. It comes with a drawer partition for either of the top two drawers as well as an organizer tray. You can have wheels (two of which can lock) or no wheels.

The 19" depth is perfect beside a 22" deep computer desk. It stands flush, with room for a power strip behind to hide all of the black spaghetti.
